PROPERTY SECURITY + SAFETY:
We prioritize trust and safety of your property, and to that end, we have implemented several measures to ensure your peace of mind. We install video cameras at the entrance of each unit, which monitor 24/7 for added security during every stay, along with no-noise curfew after 9:30 PM (monitored by noise detectors to prohibit any parties). In addition, we screen all clients prior to approving their stay. We do not allow pets, smoking or parties, and always charge a premium price for all stays to ensure our clientele is exactly who we wish to accommodate. Taking care of your property as our own, and making sure our clients have their best stay in a well taken care of property is our top priority.
